-
A scheduled appointment post delivery for a one week check up for you and your baby at the Postnatal Clinic held every Wednesday morning.
-
Scheduled follow up appointments and community referrals as needed. You may also wish to drop in during weeks 2 through 5 of the postpartum period with your baby.
-
A scheduled follow up with your family physician at 6 weeks postpartum and as determined by you and the multidisciplinary team during your visits to the Postnatal Clinic.
Information, resources and referrals to community providers to assist you through your pregnancy will be provided during your visits to the prenatal and postnatal clinic.
