The College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) is dedicated to supporting family doctors in providing the best possible care to their patients and communities. As part of this work, the CFPC has partnered with Choosing Wisely Canada™. 

The CFPC and its Patient Education Committee (PEC), and in collaboration with its key partners, have developed resources to help educate patients about preventive care. Our Choosing Wisely Canada toolkit is easily accessible and a valuable resource for both patients and providers.
